Bath furnace with gas combustion for melting and
holding at casting temperature of aluminium and its alloys. |
It
derives from holding furnace FA1, of which it keeps the
geometries of heating and picking chamber; compared to holding
furnace it has been prior extended to allow the creation of a
sole on which put down material to melt. Also the combustion
plant has been strengthened to give necessary heat to melting
process: the original burners of 10 mc/h has been sobstituted by
one of 22 mc/h.

L’ avanzato sistema di gestione dell’ impianto di combustione si
basa sulla regolazione automatica e
continua della temperatura dell alluminio liquido mediante
termoregolatore con termocoppia nel bagno che assicura un’
elevata resa, mantenendo costante attorno al set point impostato
la temperatura della lega fusa.
L’ampia porta anteriore ad apertura automatica facilita le
operazione di carico, scorifica e pulizia; il portello laterale
facilita ulteriormente le operazioni di pulizia del refrattario
